oh my goodness i just figured out how you guys do italics and all that fancy stuff. i feel so incredibly stupid. but hey i am a blonde. what do you expect? so i kind of forgot about this but i'm going to make an effort to update and read everyone's more often. florida and camp were both fun. but i'm glad to be home with all my friends. i never realized how much i really value all my friendships. anyways, on to the quizzes!

free at last. YAAYYYYYYY!!!! what a great way to end the year. so it ended up that steve dressed up as marylin monroe and gave jeff a lap dance for his birthday. lol it was great. after we got let out, reena, glynnis, vince, and i all went to starbucks. got the usual tea/lemonade. we were bouncing of the walls (due to sugar intake), so we decided we needed to get out and walk around, hence we made our way over to colin creek and checked out all the skimpy/skater stores. glynnis tried on a sexy outfit which was like omg hot. lol ;) then vince wanted to go see a movie, so that meant bye bye to our ride. so reena and i headed to blockbuster and read some magazines, took the quizzes, while checking out the new releases. i still need to see big fish. of course to and fro all these destinatios we were singing along with all the rap songs at the top of our lungs while dancing in the backseat of vince's van. he let me drive it in the gravel parking lot! quite an experience. haha he was nervous, but he still let me floor it and drive around in circles. reena and glynnis were laughing like there was no tomorrow. sometimes i wish moments like these would never end. so tonight im going to go see shrek 2 with my dad's company. i'm looking forward to it! hopefully it will be just as good as the first one. but hey even if it isn't theres still unlimited popcorn and drinks right? even though i'm like super excited to be through with school, i'm going to miss so many people: thomas, jai, aleck, paul, jas, david... and anyone else who i can't think of off the top of my head. and even though everyone always says, "of course we'll hang out this summer!" it usually never happens. they forget, or are busy, or just never make the effort. well this summer i've set a goal to make it happen. i'm going to hang out with everyone at least once! i've blown off too many summers by just sitting around and being bored or babysitting. i decided that maybe i should actually start doing something considering there's only really like 2 more left before everyone goes their seperate ways :( but no need to ruin a great day, so i'll stop there. well, i have to go call kelly and find out where she lives, in order to get to scarbarough faire!!! tomorrow ^_^ so ttfn. have a great first day of your vacation everyone! well today went exceptionally well ^^ biology exam was fine, however a bit too long. i was just happy that i didn't have to take another one after it. god i'd be such a happier person if i only had to go to school for two hours a day. so neways, my mom came and picked me up and i went and saw Troy which was incredible. i l<3ved it. no, i did not just go see it for the actors, ok so maybe it started off that way, but honestly the entire movie was fantastic. i'd go see it again and again. *sigh* i think i want to go re-read the Illiad. lol. xp my exams tomorrow should be easy. algebra and orchestra. so that means a study free night for me! (for the most part anyways). i'm excited about this weekend. friday- shrek 2. saturday- scarbarough faire. sunday- sleepover. monday- NO SCHOOL! yes, thats right, only two more freakin days. wootness fo sho. man both orlando and brad were looking good though. haha sry just had to mention that. umm... ya i hope everyone else had a good day too. ^_^ ttfn.

geez i'm horrible at updating this. oh well, i'll do better once school is out in 5 DAYS!!!!!!! it's bitter sweet though. i won't miss the work but i'm going to miss most of the people. i just hope i get to see most of them next year. and i'm going to make an effort to hang out with more people over the sumemr. last summer i just... sat there around the house being bored. this summer i'm going to try and do something fun everyday. no more wasting free time. i'm going to take advantage of the break.
goals for this summer:
-finish the classes i'm taking through correspondence within the first month, so in the latter part of the summer, when i'm actually here, i can have time to hang out with people.
-beat the sims game without using the cheat
-buy at least half the stuff on my "want" bulliten board
-go see a concert
-spend time with christine
-go to scarbarough faire
-not wasting half the day by sleeping in. i'm waking up no later than 9, unless i was up late the night before. then maybe 10 :p
-hang out with and become better friends with people i've gotten to know this year
-do some form of exercise each day
-do some artsy projects
-save up enough money for a car
-get my ears pierced again
-actually practice my cello and improve
-find another good author
-watch more foreign films

so far thats all i could think of. i'll probably remember more later. anyways, orchestra banquet was fun! i can't wait until i get my pictures developed. if anyone has theirs already i want to see them! i think i like someone^^ finally i know lol. but neways... i better go get some sleep even though i'm not tired (probably due to sleeping for almost the entire day...literally. i mean there's only so much you can do when you're grounded.)for i must begin cramming for exams tomorrow. ttfn.

Friday- 5:00am
Ya that was waaaaayyyy too early to get up. I guess I was too excited or something. Also I had to be right on time because I had to bring my own cello case. I threw on my Wican dress over my pjs and then I double checked my luggage like 5 billion times to make sure I wasn't forgetting anything and then finally it was time to go to Clark.
Friday- 6:00am
I arrived at Clark and there were a few people there, but not too many. I went and packed up my case and waited around for people to arrive. People started to arrive lugging in loads of luggage. Haha it was great to see people like piled down with so much stuff that they were about to fall over. I was one of them lol. Finally Sherean, Hong and Denise arrived so I was happy. But omg talk about delay. I stood there until like 6:30 with my luggage all on my back and like my arms are sore my back is cramping and my neck is like being cut into by all the straps. You see, I thought we were leaving soon, or would at least be able to load all our luggage but noooo. So all that effort for nothing. Oh well, we were all excited so it was ok. Finally we began to check luggage at like 7 and were beginning to load. Haha we (meaning Sherean, Hong, Denise, and I) ran to the bus to get a good seat in the back, which we did so then we were off on the open road.
Friday- 7:30am-1:30pm
Talk about a long bus ride. Especially since we were all in concert uniforms. Either the dress magically got smaller or I got wider, because that dress was suffocating me. I was short of breath, especially since we rapped practically the way down lol. Now that was fun. There were movies on ((Mona Lisa Smile and Freaky Friday)) but we really didn't watch them. We chose to eat and rap instead. Ya we were on black mode. Sherean and I brought a whole grocery store worth of food to eat. And we ate most of it haha. We started on double stuffed oreos which we wiped out pretty quickly, then moved on to our lunches at like 9am haha, then peeps, pizza goldfish, and throughout the trip lifesavers and cherry soda. We had fun playing MASH and the dot game. Here are the results of MASH:

Lives in a shack with Corey after being previously married 27 times before. She recieves a Billion $ a year as an ugly farmer and has 0 kids. They had their honey moon in a car garage, and have a lifetime supply of clothes. She drives a Dodge withhas a her dog, and recieves unlimited concert tickets to Cher.
Aleck-
Lives in a mansion with Chike, although he was married 4 times before that, and they have 0 kids. Currently reside in Camobdia and had their honey moon in Bolivia. He's an ugly stripper who makes a billion dollars a year, has a pet ostrich, lifetimes supply of cars, owns a maybok, and recieves a unlimited supply of concert tickets to the dixie chicks.
Mine-
I'm married to Heath Ledger and we live in an apartment. We have 0 kids and I'm working full time as a firewoman. We live in Spain and I make a billion dollars a year. I get a lifetime supply of beef jerky, which is probably why I'm chunky, and my ride is a tricycle.
haha then we played tick tack toe and the dot game. It was a tie with 34 squares each. Otherwise we talked, laughed, danced, and all that good stuff.
Friday 1:30pm-6:00pm
Finally we arrived at the highschool and we unloaded and went and sat in the auditorium and waited for our turn. This group from Connecticut was good on stage but their concert etiquitte sucked. I mean they cheered in the middle of songs and yelled and stuff. And yet all the guys thought they were the most intriguing, hot group of kids...? haha i donno but it was funny. Mrs. Goins was being the usual biatch and telling us all to shut up or else she'll tell on us. When we weren't even talking too. During concert orchestra's performance, I turned around and the judge was talking to another guy so we were all like wtf?! and then this lady walked up on stage and was like you have to start over... we didn't know you were actually playing. hahahah so right as they were towards the end of the last song, they had to start over. But they did even better the second time so it was all good. Then we played and it turned out pretty good. But we all just wanted to get to hard rock cafe, so we were packing up quickly, hurried and took pictures, and then began to drive to the hotel.
Friday 6:00pm-8:30pm
Well we arrive at the hotel at like 6:00 and Mr Goins tells us he's going to go check us in. So we're like ok and we all get up and stretch and talk. An hour later, and still no sign of Mr. Goins and we are all hot tired and sick of those freakin uniforms. So we decide to pump up the air conditioning, turn on the radio, and dance. hahaha that was fun. it was mainly like marissa and I but hey its all good. so finally right before we're about to riot and tip the bus over, we see Mrs Goins walk into the hotel with all her baggage as Mr. Goins is coming out. So finally he gives us our room keys and we all run upstairs because apparently we have like 30 minutes to get ready and file our room report. so we finish the report, and then get ready and go downstairs into the lobby. Everyone looks a hell of a lot better in normal clothes than those penguin outfits and funeral dresses. So everyone is hungry and excited and we load onto the bus to go to Hard Rock Cafe!
Friday- 9:00pm-11pm
So we get to hard rock café and there’s an ambulance outside and we were all like ohhh great. But thankfully that was nothing. So we waited to be seated and then Aleck, Audie, Sherean, Hong, Denise, and I ordered our food and drinks. It is such a neat atmosphere. If you haven’t been you should try and go sometime. I got a keychain, even though it was rip off. Lol. So apparently it was Corey and Kristen’s birthday so they both got pied in the face which was funny. Then we all danced to the YMCA and sung along with Greece and other songs. And before you knew it, it was time to head back to the hotel.
Friday 11:30pm-Saturday 9:00am
Well we got back to the hotel and found out how to work the radio/alarm clock thing, and were able to dance and sing along. Then we all got ready for bed but didn’t really go to sleep. Haha. They said chaperones would be patrolling the hallways but I seriously doubt it because we were pretty loud and nobody said anything. Man we must have laughed the whole night. Those beds sure were fun Then we finally went to sleep at around like… 3 or so. Omg and then I woke up at 5 with Hong all by myself! I was soo proud! Then we woke everyone else up and I took my shower and sang opera. Then everyone else took their showers and got ready and we went down to breakfast which was disgusting! Bacon wasn’t crisp, the melon had hairs in it (or mine did) and the orange juice was 90% pulp. Yuuckk. The pastry’s wouldn’t have been so bad if they weren’t cold. But oh well. So we go back to the room and pack up all of our stuff. And we wait and wait and wait for Sherean’s mom to come and set us free. We talked to Christine, the people above us, played a game with yellow cars, and enjoyed the view from a spinny chair. Finally she came so we lugged all our stuff down into the lobby and played with this hilarious squeaky bird in the guest shop. But then nooo we had to go back up to our rooms and wait for Mr. Goins to inspect them. So we’re waiting for like 2 hours and he still doesn’t come. So our chaperone comes and gets us and we load on the bus. No goins. Ugh that made me mad. Why couldn’t we have just stayed in the lobby!? Oh well. It wasn’t going to ruin our day because we were off to fiesta texas!
Saturday 10am -9pm
Arrived at fiesta Texas. Ok I’ll just give you guys the highlights since this entry is like wayyy too long.
-waited in line for the first 2 hours for a ride that shut down when we were literally the next people to get on. It was bad karma from cutting in line ><
-checked in and then went to go get some grub.
-went to go ride superman. Shereans first rollercoaster. My first public hyperventilation. we screamed and prayed the whole way up. Then the drop came. And it was fun.
-Went on scream…aka “elevator ride”
-went and ate some more
-rode this roller coaster that shoots you out from 0-60mph. my favorite
-went on the boomerang. The one we waited for at the beginning.
-ran madly around to try and find glow sticks and souveniers
-award ceremonies. Raving. Jump rope. Superior and best in class.
Then we left. Hahah oh yes quote of that day : “Hong I have to go through your pants to find my pocky…” rofl.
Saturday 9:30-3:30
Wow ok well this was a strange bus ride. Nearly everyone fell asleep within like the first half hour or so. Denise stayed up the longest I think watching Freaky Friday. Well Sherean and I decided to make funny faces with our glow necklaces and took pictures. But then we got sleepy and fell asleep. And before you know it the bus driver wakes us up and tells us to look at all the drunk drivers. No kidding. Its 2 in the morning. Who else do you think is going to be on the highway… none other than people going home from the bars. But he was probably just keeping us in his best interests. I was just cranky from lack of sleep. So I called my parents and it went like this:
Ring ring. Ring ring.
Dad: HELLO!?
Me: *woah* hey dad its megan.
Dad: HELLO!? HHEEELLOOO! WHO’S THERE!? *static*
Mom: hello?
Me: hey mom its megan.
Mom (aside): Doug its megan. Are you deaf? (to me) Hello. Are you ready to be picked up?
Me: ya we’ll be there in about an hour.
Mom: *yawn* ok your dad will be there to pick you up.
Dad (in background): Give me the phone! I need to talk to her!
Mom: Your dad wants to know if you called earlier… around one?
Me: nooo… I was sleeping
Mom: Oh well your dad insists that a guy called asking for you at one… and it sounded like he was on a bus. So your dad assumed he had something to do with you.
Me: I don’t know what your talking about… everyone is asleep. And no one knows my number.
Mom (to dad): See I told you, you were hallucinating. (to me): Alright that’s all. Bye.
Rofl. Ya it may not make sense now but it was sure as hell funny at 2 in the morning. Ok well there’s the trip in its entirety. Now on to more recent stuff.
Humanities is putting me and the rest of my peers through hell. Mr. Fain even went so far as to call it a “death march”. He’s so funny… in a cruel sarcastic way. But he’s still like my favorite teacher. Anyway, most of the hard stuff is over with. Just have to finish up the group film and the film analysis this weekend. And go to studio movie grill tomorrow! I hope the movies are good. I’ve heard of Casablanca but I haven’t heard anything about north by northwest. Hopefully they’ll both be good. TAKS was this week. History was the easiest, math was fairly easy, and science wasn’t as easy as I thought it was going to be. Who think that the ability to tell whether a piece of nucleic acid belongs to DNA or RNA is essential. Psh this is all turning into a load of bs. Anyways… hmm what else is new… orchestra banquet is coming up! I hope its even better than last years which was pretty fun. It will be hard to top. Ummm… Sherean’s birthday party this weekend. Should be fun ^^ still have to decide what to get her… I made Chamber Orchestra! ^^ even though I probably didn’t deserve too… I’m just glad I’m going to have at least one class where I know people. Speaking of orchestra I watched yo yo ma play with the Amsterdam orchestra tonight. He is so freakin good. Haha I had to cheer myself up by thinking of what I’m better than him at haha and it came down to dancing maybe… lol. Sad I know. Anyways…hmm I’m trying to think if anything exciting happened today. Oh! Well this one boy from my tennis class likes me, and I well… don’t like him like that AT ALL and he asked if I wanted to go to a movie this weekend. And I felt so bad… so I said I’d have to check my schedule even though the answer is no. I just couldn’t say it >< But I guess I’ll have to say it eventually… might as well get it over with. Sheesh. I don’t know what’s wrong with me. I haven’t liked anybody in a looonngg time. Maybe I’m gay. JK JK JK JK JUST KIDDING! Lol. But seriously… eh oh well. That one special guy has to come along some time right? I hope so. Anyways… this entry is so long I don’t know if it will even post. two updates in a row. who's good?! haha anyways ORCHESTRA TRIP IN LESS THAN 13 HOURS!!!!!!! ahh it better be super fun or i will be super disappointed. OH. good news. the mr and mrs are NOT on my bus! the good lord has answered my prayers! haha tennis was so much fun today! lets see here's all the random funny stuff that happened that really tennis people will only understand:
ok balloons in vinces car. as you know about the blow out (if not read the previous entry), a guy from discount tires came and helped us out and when he was looking for the spare in the trunk there were these two green and blue balloon "animals". and reena and i were like 'woah wtf are these supposed to be?' ok it was one of those long balloons that had been partially blown up so there was this skinny section at the end and then at the top it twisted into these two spheres. kinda like this 8===. vince said it was a sword but i had my doubts. lol.
then julie made a funny joke. i was like johAN is off today, and julie said "don't you mean johOFF" hahahahha that was great.

OH an reena's house is huge and beautiful. i want to live in her media room. good lord. anyways, the other reason i have a three day week is because of the orchestra trip!!! WOOT! only like one more day!!!!!! im sooo excited! i am so excited about the orchestra trip! i can't wait. haha i can't believe they're taking all those precautions! that is just like mr goins to do that. OH! and when he was like "it's not like i dont trust you, i just dont trust them" that reminds me of my parents favorite excuse!! on a more negative note, i have so much stuff due coming up. this is one of the things i don't like about humanities >< OH AND TO TOP OF THE FILM PROJECT one of the most annoying girls in our class has been placed in our group. ok i dont want to sound mean, because she is nice and all but she doesnt know when to shut up and get to work. and also we already have our plot and characters and there's really no place for her. i mean ms. boggan could have put her in another group. im going to talk to her about it tomorrow.
haha wow this is turning into quite a long entry. aren't you guys proud? i'm actually taking time out of my busy schedule *cough cough* to write in here ^^ hmmm... lets see what else to write...i think one of my neighbors is trying to learn how to play an wind instrument... i keep hearing these loud, random, very out of tune notes. haha its like you hear the pretty chirping of the birds and then *BBBBBBAAAAAAAAAAA* i dont really know how to spell the sound... if you really must know what the sound was you can ask me and i'll do my best to impersonate it.
my day was ok i guess. i was really hyper in sectionals, but mr. goins was in a fairly decent mood so i didnt get into too much trouble. math i was lucky we didnt take a redo check because i would have failed. it was too late and i kind of gave up on the hw last night. so that was good. then in orch we talked about the trip for the majority of the time so we didnt have to play that much. yay! then at lunch sherean and i were having some saliva reflex issues. =.= dont ask. haha. then in humanities we took notes over fascism which was really boring and had another pointless fire drill. tennis we had a match and our team won. good job guys!!! man was it a pretty day outside. haha i say that as i am sitting here inside on the computer. ok well if i decide i need to add more onto this ridiculous entry i'll come back. ttfn.

well this hasn't been the best weekend of my life. that's for sure. i didn't get to see christine at all thanks to my mom. i hope she had fun during her stay and im sry i couldn't hang out with all of you. lets see brief recap of the weekend. friday i babysat. saturday i woke up way too early, went on the 5k run, soccer game, babysitting, and more babysitting. sunday went to church, took a nap, ate lunch, and now im about to go work on the humanities project with my group. its sherean's birthday today! happy birthday sherean!!!!! gah im tired and still have a lot of hw to do. i better get a good nights sleep tonight or else you won't want to mess with me monday.

i'm going to make an effort to write more often. ><
alright. first of all the formal was fun. i mean it wasn't the best but it was worth going to. and get this, people actually danced! everyone looked so pretty! i was like... wow. haha. if you want to see pics let me know. i probably won't have them for a little while though. on a more sour note, i really am beginning to hate school. like before i hated it yes, but right now its like a passion filled hate. i dread going there. i think i may be getting cabin(school) fever. i need to get out of that place before i go crazy. does it seem like they keep giving us more and more homework? geez. they need to actually consider that we have 7 other classes as well as their's before they create these monstrous assignments. its like the perfect day outside and i'm stuck inside looking up words in a book i've already read. and the purpose/benefit of writing down sentences containing a vocabulary word from a book is? nothing. exactly. that is one of the reasons that schools piss me off. busy work sucks. ok ok, enough ranting about school. lets rant on the subject of relationships instead. oh wait! i dont have one so nothing to rant about there. ooo i found this thing and thought it was kinda neat and for the most part pretty true.
